Our Current COVID-19 Protocol

 

All Dotto-One services are up and running as usual with no expected disruptions.

At this time, our field office locations are closed to public visits. If you need to get in contact with us, please reach out by phone or email. 

We are currently limiting on-site visits from our technicians to installations, connection maintenance, and critical matters. 

Our field technicians have been required to wear personal protective equipment including eye protection, a face mask, and disposable gloves, since March 9th, 2020. All scheduled appointment times for installations and on-site visits have been extended in order to account for the extra time spent by our technicians to ensure their health and safety and that of our customers.

Our protocol is re-evaluated on a daily basis as we evaluate the on-going circumstances, advice from public health officials, and feedback from our staff and customers.
